I offer functional nutrition testing to help you optimize your nutrition and see where there may be gaps in your diet. I offer intracellular AND extracellular micronutrient testing, which measures both nutrients inside of your cells at the tissue level (long-term nutrient stores) as well as your blood levels, your short-term stores.

The complete micronutrient blood test measures the levels of the most important vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, fatty acids, and amino acids. After completion of the blood test, we will go through your personal results together in session, to come up with an individualized plan.
