I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN for short), but probably not what you’d expect: no weight loss goals, no cookie-cutter meal plans, and no one-size-fits-all approaches to nutrition counseling. I use Intuitive Eating to empower my clients to develop a positive relationship with food and eating.
As Intuitive Eating becomes more mainstream, I am proud to be one of the practitioners teaching my clients this self-care model of joyful eating. Together, we are finding food freedom. What makes me different from other Intuitive Eating Dietitians is my counseling training and approach.
As your Registered Dietitian, I offer you non-diet nutrition counseling and weight-inclusive care in a judgment-free zone. Together, I will guide you towards flexibility, freedom, and balance with food.
During an initial nutrition assessment, we will get to know each other and do a deep dive into your history. You’ll have my undivided attention as we explore your medical history, medications and supplements, lab values, your relationship to food, and what food was like growing up. We’ll also go over your current struggles, eating patterns, and goals.
Follow-ups are where the magic happens! During our session together, we will go through your previous goals and discuss what’s been going well, and what’s been challenging. As a team, we will problem solve, continue to build on your goals, and set new ones together.
I work with a wide range of clients, including those with an unhealthy relationship with food, eating, their body, and exercise. I specialize in working with adults with eating disorders and disordered eating, intuitive eating, chronic dieting, emotional eating, compulsive exercise, poor body image, and general wellness/nutrition using a non-diet approach.
I have experience working with clients struggling with Anorexia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, Orthorexia, OSFED and Bulimia Nervosa.
I use an Intuitive Eating and Health At Every Size (HAES) approach to nutrition therapy, which means that I focus on health behaviors, not weight, as the goals for your progress.
Towards the end of our appointment together, we will start with a small goal or two, and build from there at our follow-up appointments. You can think of the initial assessment as the foundation of your journey.
When you first book your initial assessment, you’ll receive an email to access your own Client Portal. Here, you will fill out just a few quick required forms. Then when it’s time for our session, you’ll simply click on the link to our secure, virtual session if we are meeting virtually. After your initial assessment, you’ll receive a recap of the goals we set together, as well as recommended resources and handouts.
We may incorporate various techniques here such as mindful eating activities, specific nutrition education, intuitive meal planning, thought reframing, and so much more. And as always, you will get access to any handouts and recipes we may discuss together after your session.
I also offer quick 30-minute check-ins to established clients for $100. This is a great option to maintain your progress after reaching your significant goals.

Caroline taught me how easy it is to add ingredients/foods to my meals that will easily make me less stressed about what I am eating. I loved learning about the difference between satisfaction and just being “full.” That is a tool I use every day now. Caroline has such a gentle approach and is so caring, I absolutely loved working together and continue to follow along with all of her resources and guides for nutrition and intuitive eating!
Working with Caroline last year was life changing. I didn’t realize how entrenched I was in diet culture. The work helped with more than my physical health and diet, it helped mentally. Would highly recommend!
Caroline has truly changed my life. After years of yo-yo dieting, I developed a lot of anxiety around certain food groups. This led me to restrict myself and when I would indulge, I would eat too much and feel a lot of shame and guilt. In 6 short months, Caroline helped me get to a place of food freedom. She helped me to be able to enjoy my life where all foods fit!
I have known Caroline for almost two years. Of all the many dietitians that I have worked with, she is by far the best. Eating disorders are secretive diseases and what I love about Caroline is that I feel comfortable enough to be HONEST with her. She is passionate about her job and it shows through her work. If I could give 6 stars, I would!
Caroline has been one of the best things that has happened to me! When we met I had a terrible relationship with food, among other things. We have been meeting frequently for the last two years and I cannot believe the progress I have made with her. I've learned to respect food, myself, and so many other things in this journey with intuitive eating and I am so thankful to have worked with her!
Caroline helped me lower my stress that accompanies trying to “eat clean” 24/7. She helped me realized that there are so many more factors that go into eating other than gaining/losing weight. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is struggling with their relationship with food, regardless if you are trying to gain/lose/maintain weight.
She makes you feel entirely normal and works with you based on your individual needs. She is also incredibly accessible and talking to her now feels like talking to one of my friends. 12/10 would recommend Caroline to anyone who struggles with disordered eating - she is incredible.
