I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN for short), but probably not what you’d expect: no weight loss goals, no cookie-cutter meal plans, and no one-size-fits-all approaches to nutrition counseling. I use Intuitive Eating to empower my clients to develop a positive relationship with food and eating.

I am proud to offer compassionate nutrition therapy both virtually and in-person. I help clients get out of the diet mentality to have a more peaceful relationship to food & their bodies. Together, we are finding food freedom and reclaiming our health.

As your Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, I offer you non-diet nutrition counseling and weight-inclusive care in a judgment-free zone. Together, I will guide you towards flexibility, freedom, and balance with food. With me, you will be heard. 

During an initial nutrition assessment, we will get to know each other and do a deep dive into your history as you feel comfortable sharing. You’ll have my undivided attention as we explore your medical history, relationship to food, exercise patterns, body image concerns, stress, sleep, & more. We’ll go over your current struggles, eating patterns, and goals of our work together. 

Follow-ups are where the magic happens! During our sessions together, we will go through your previous goals and discuss your wins as well as your challenges. As a team, we will problem solve, unlearn diet beliefs, learn how to honor your body's needs, meal plan, provide structure and flexibility where needed, and increase your tools for coping outside of food & dieting. 

Initial Consultation – 90 minutes – $185

Follow-up Appointments – 60 minutes – $150

I work with a wide range of clients, including those with an unhealthy relationship with food, eating, their body, and exercise. I specialize in working with adults 18+ with eating disorders and disordered eating, intuitive eating, chronic dieting, emotional eating, compulsive exercise, poor body image, and general wellness/nutrition using a non-diet approach. Whether you struggle with limiting diet beliefs or simply want to establish some sustainable healthy habits, I'd love to support you on your wellness journey.

I use an Intuitive Eating and Health At Every Size (HAES) approach to nutrition therapy, which means that I focus on health behaviors, not weight, as the goals for your progress. I believe it is a human birthright to exist in any body shape and size, free from stigma and shame. You deserve nutrition therapy that takes into account your personal story & experiences in a safe, compassionate setting.

who do i work with?

When you first book your initial assessment, you’ll receive an email to access your own Client Portal. Here, you will fill out just a few quick required forms. Then when it’s time for our session, you’ll simply click on the link to our secure, virtual session if we are meeting virtually. After your initial assessment, you’ll receive a recap of the goals we set together, as well as recommended resources and handouts.

Towards the end of our appointment together, we will start with a small goal or two, and build from there at our follow-up appointments. You can think of the initial assessment as the foundation of your journey.

Follow-up sessions are where you are free to feel, express, and share your emotions around food & your body in a safe space. At the end of each session, we will typically wrap-up with setting new goals together to work towards or practice in between session. And as always, you will get access to any handouts, worksheets, or recipes we may discuss together after your session.

I also offer quick 30-minute check-ins to established clients for $100. This is a great option to maintain your progress after reaching your significant goals.

As of January 1, 2022, all healthcare providers are required to provide estimates for the costs of your care. The Good Faith Estimate shows the cost of items and services that are reasonably expected for your healthcare needs and treatment. This will be provided by this office upon scheduling and/or as requested. This Good Faith Estimate does not include unexpected costs that could arise during treatment.
