Protein Banana Bread Bars

I’ve made banana bread countless times before…but this rendition is one of my favorites. These Protein Banana Bread Bars are bite-sized banana bread pieces packed with a little extra protein…and so warm and gooey when you microwave them! The best quick snack or breakfast on-the-go.9 (1 of 1)3 (1 of 1)

These bars are packed with healthy ingredients like chia seeds (fiber and plant-based protein), protein powder (use whatever kind you like, my fave brand is this one)

Be creative with toppings! I added almonds, pistachios, walnuts, cinnamon, and shredded coconut on top of my bars (aka whatever was in my pantry). Chia seeds + goji berries would also be a great combo!8 (1 of 1)
