Pink Pitaya Smoothie Bowls

Bright pink, and oh so delicious! These refreshing smoothie bowls are packed with nutrition – fiber, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Simply blend, add desired toppings and enjoy!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups frozen pitaya (dragonfruit)
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • small scoop of vanilla protein powder
  • splash or two of milk
  • toppings of choice (mulberries, coconut, granola, cacao nibs, goji berries, sliced fruit)

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender until smooth. Top with desired toppings.

As I’ve been in florida job hunting, I’ve pleasantly had some down time to make more fun blog recipes. Normally, I wouldn’t even be able to find pitaya when I lived in small town Statesboro, GA. THANK GOD I’m back in society! Haha. Looking forward to more beachy concoctions like these smoothie bowls.
