Easy No-Bake Edible Cookie Dough

This simple cookie dough recipe blends together natural, whole food ingredients to make this edible, tasty, and healthy!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 56 medjool dates
  • 34 TBSP creamy almond butter or cashew butter
  • 1/8 cup honey or maple syrup
  • dash cinnamon
  • dash sea salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients together except for chocolate chips in a high-speed food processor. Blend on high until mixed well and a dough-like consistency forms.
  2. Fold in chocolate chips.
  3. Enjoy!
  4. Refrigerate in an air-tight container.
