Cacao Cookie Dough Smoothie

This creamy, dreamy smoothie tastes like chocolate chip cookie dough blended up, with a healthy twist! The most delicious way to sneak in a serving of veggies…you’ll be fooled!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower florets
  • 12 TBSP almond butter
  • 1 medjool date
  • 1 TBSP coconut butter
  • 1/21 TBSP pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup chickpeas, drained & rinsed (frozen works best)
  • 12 TBSP raw cacao nibs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond, coconut, or oat milk
  • dash of cinnamon
  • dash of pink Himalayan sea salt
  • additional cacao nibs for topping 🙂

Instructions

Blend all ingredients together in a high powered blender until smooth.

Enjoy immediately!
