Super simple, nutritious energy balls recipe! These bites are the perfect balanced snack to keep you fueled until your next meal. Like a mix between an oatmeal raisin cookie and a chocolate chip cookie!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup creamy cashew butter (or any nut butter)
  • 1 TBSP hemp seeds
  • 1 TBSP chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup (or honey)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

Add all ingredients together to a large mixing bowl. Stir well to combine. Batter should be a somewhat sticky dough, yet hold together to form small bite-sized balls. In order to work with batter better, refrigerate dough for 10-15 minutes.

Once dough is chilled, roll into bite sized balls one by one and set aside. Store in an airtight container and enjoy all week!
