*Magical* Blue Majik Banana Nicecream (v)
Healthy “nicecream” aka banana soft serve made with “Blue Majik” -A proprietary extract of Arthrospira platensis (spirulina), a potent and nutrient-dense green-blue algae, best touted for its rich antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Not to mention, who doesn’t love the rich blue color?!? Blend and top with your favorite fun toppings!
Ingredients
1 banana, frozen
1 TBSP E3 Blue Majik powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
dash of unsweetened almond milk
Optional toppings: shredded coconut, ground flax, chia seeds, hemp seeds, strawberries, The Coconut Cult coconut probiotic yogurt, almonds, Pearl Butter ‘Beauty Butter’, goji berries, blueberries, raspberries, melted coconut butter
Instructions
Add frozen banana, blue majik powder, vanilla extract to a food processor and process until smooth.
Add almond milk as needed for blending.
Top with desired toppings and enjoy!
