1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 large frozen banana
1 handful frozen (or fresh) spinach
1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
1 TBSP+ nut butter
1 TBSP chia seeds
dash of cinnamon
1 medjool date (pitted)
Optional add-ins: hemp seeds, protein powder, honey, rolled oats, etc. Make it your own!
Milk or Liquid of choice for blending!
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and blend until smooth, thick and creamy. Enjoy!
